Dip Powder Nails

Technique: The nail is prepped, painted with a cyanoacrylate base coat, and dipped repeatedly into a fine pigmented acrylic powder, then sealed with an activator liquid—no UV curing light required.

Best For: Clients who want an ultra-durable, hard layer over their natural nails that resists chipping for 3+ weeks, especially those who prefer to avoid UV lights.

How It Differs: Dip Powder creates a much harder protective shield than Gel Polish without using a light to cure. However, unlike Builder Gel or Acrylic, Dip Powder cannot easily be used to sculpt complex high-length nail shapes or extensions.
