Cancellation & Booking Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
24+ hours’ notice: Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and your 25% deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: The 25% deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Same-day cancellations: Your 25% deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will forfeit their 25% deposit and may be required to pay a larger deposit or prepay in full for future appointments.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled, and your 25% deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require full payment in advance for future appointments.
Kids Policy
At Blanca Beauty Bar, we welcome families and strive to maintain a warm, inviting environment for all our guests. While our salon is generally kid-friendly, our priority is to preserve the peaceful, spa-like atmosphere that allows every client to fully relax and enjoy their experience.
To ensure this level of comfort and tranquility for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our studio guidelines:
Age Requirement: Children must be at least 8 years old to be inside the salon.
Supervision & Atmosphere: Parents must ensure their children remain calm, supervised, and respectful of the serene environment we work hard to create.
